Premier Business Services is the Master Franchisor for Kwik Kopy and Parcel Plus for North Africa and the Levant regions. Mr. Ahmed Shaheen, the Chairman and Majority Shareholder of Premier Business Services LLC, has sixteen years of business services experience in Egypt, with emphasis on multinational business development.

He founded Premier Business Services LLC in 2004, as the dedicated company to serve the needs of our Franchise Owners across the region.

The company plans to continue adding well known, strong business services franchises to their portfolio.  Premier Business Services is a member of the International Franchise Association (IFA) and the Egyptian Franchise Development Association (EFDA).

Mr. Shaheen also has interests in several other companies in Egypt including Egypt Express, Licensee of Federal Express (FedEx) Corporation, as well as Premier Services and Recruitment which are the market leaders in over-seas and local recruitment, job placement and payroll services for major multi-nationals and local companies.

What is Kwik Kopy?
Founded by F.C “Bud” Hadfield in 1967, Kwik Kopy pioneered the concept of “while-you-wait” service. Today, more than 600 franchise centers around the world offer a wide range of digital business-to-business and retail services.

What is Parcel Plus?
Parcel Plus is a packaging and shipping franchise with nearly 100 locations world-wide. From mailing to mailboxes, crates to cargo, Parcel Plus provides complete packing and shipping services.

What is Kopy Kwik franchise concept?
Kwik Kopy is a franchise concept combining the complementary services offered by Kwik Kopy and Parcel Plus. By combining two distinct and recognizable brands under one roof, we can offer a full range of services to our customers (Supported by our sisters companies); we are a “One-Stop-Shop for All Your Business Needs.”

The “One Stop Shop” business services company is a very new concept in Egypt. What is PBS?
Premier Business Services, LLC is an Egyptian Company based in Cairo that holds the Master Franchise for Kwik Kopy in Egypt, as well as Libya, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Sudan, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria and Malta. This Master Franchise agreement is with ICED in Cypress Texas.

What is ICED?
The International Center for Entrepreneurial Development (ICED) is the holding company for eight franchising companies: Kwik Kopy Printing® (since 1967); American Wholesale Thermographers® (since 1981); The Ink Well® (acquired in 1992); Copy Club® (since 1992); Franklin’s® Printing (acquired in 1996); Women’s Health Boutique® (acquired in 1996); Parcel Plus® (acquired in 2000); Kwik Kopy® Business Centers (debuted in 2001).

Bud Hadfield entered franchising in 1967 with Kwik Kopy Printing and a revolutionary concept: “while-you-wait” printing. Nearly 900 franchises and eight brands later, he is Chairman of the International Center for Entrepreneurial Development, Inc. (ICED) the parent company for Kwik Kopy Business Centers.


How many KKBC locations will there be?
We plan to open more than 10 locations over the next three years in Egypt alone. We believe there is a substantial need for these combined services in growing communities across Egypt, and we’re committed to developing a strong franchise system to support our franchisees in every way possible.
