planning meeting

We will start with you by discussing together in order to agreed on the time frame, responsibilities and budgets.  Our role is to implement your ideas and objectives.

Design & print

Many events need their own identity and we can help you design and create an individual and exciting style. This can then be used to give continuity to mailings, booking forms, signage, menus and badges.

Audio visual & presentation support

Starting from audio visual to a full scale sophisticated presentation set. This can include state of the art computerized presentations and audience response systems. We can also provide assistance with simultaneous translation.

Accommodation management
We will manage accommodation allocations across a selection of hotels. Our role is negotiating the rate to get the best possible competitive rate; and confirmation will be sent direct to your delegates.

Venue liaison / logistics

We provide full liaison between the venue and yourselves, ensuring that nothing is left to chance and that all arrangements are correctly followed through. We will keep you informed at all times and develop an Operational Program for your event.

Transportation and Travel

Working with our associate company - we can look after all your transportation and travel requirements. From normal transportation to luxury stretch limo; Also, from the normal airfare tickets to private aircraft - we can book it. We can arrange group check-ins, special arrangements and transfers to and from the airport!

Badges & ID

Working with your event logo, we can produce quality badges or ID in any shape or form! From a simple laminated clip design to a security bar-coded badge with all the frills!

Proposal

Within 72 hours you will have a detailed proposal on your desk. This can be emailed, faxed, posted to you, or presented by us personally. This proposal will reflect all of your objectives and requirements, - including your budget with a cost comparison. We will give you all the information you would expect, and maybe even details you didn’t know you needed!

Confirmation

When you have decided on your location we will prepare the Confirmation for your approval and signature which we will then forward to the venue. This will include all the logistical arrangements and your requirements, you will be sent the terms and conditions that will apply to your booking.

Additional Support

As soon as we confirm the venue we take a step back - but won't disappear! If you want or need more help - check out Event Management. Also, we'll make sure it all happens when it should, how it should, and that your guests are welcomed and looked after throughout their stay.
